Day 01: Arrival in Mumbai by International Flight
Upon your arrival at Mumbai’s International Airport, you will clear immigration and other formalities. Our representative will be waiting for you at the arrival hall terminal, holding a placard with your name on it. They will assist you and accompany you to your designated vehicle. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred to your hotel, where our representative will handle the check-in process and provide you with the room keys.
Day 02: Explore the Vibrant City of Mumbai
In the morning, we will take you on an excursion to the Elephanta Caves. A short ferry ride will transport you to the island of Elephanta, known as Gharapuri, meaning “fortress city” in the local language. These rock-cut caves, dating back to the ninth century, are dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore the caves, surrounded by the island’s natural beauty.
In the afternoon, embark on a city tour of Mumbai, including visits to Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach, Malabar Hill, Hanging Gardens, Dhobi Ghat, the Towers of Silence, Mahalakshmi Temple, the Tomb of Haji Ali, and Mani Bhavan. The tour will also include a visit to the fascinating Prince of Wales Museum (closed on Mondays).
Day 03: Fly from Mumbai to Ahmedabad
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for a short flight to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you at the airport and assist you. Proceed to visit the Sidi Saiyed Mosque, a solid fortified citadel called Bhadra, and the Swetambara Temple, known as Hatheesing Temple, famous for its intricate Jain architecture. Continue to Gandhi Ashram, a serene complex that served as Gandhi’s headquarters during India’s struggle for independence. Finally, visit Adalaj Vav, a magnificent stepwell built by Queen Rudabai.
After sightseeing, transfer to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.
Day 04: Drive from Ahmedabad to Dasada via Patan & Modhera
After breakfast, embark on a drive to Dasada (approximately 210 km / 5 hours). En route, visit Rani ki Vav, a stepwell built by Queen Udaymati during the 11th-12th century, known for its architectural grandeur. Continue your drive and visit Patan, famous for its Patola weaving, a traditional art preserved by the Salvi family. Patola silk is highly regarded.
Later, drive to Modhera Sun Temple, dedicated to the Sun God and considered the most important of all sun temples in Gujarat. Built in the early 11th century, this temple showcases splendid Hindu architecture.
Day 05: Explore Dasada Wildlife Sanctuary & Village Safari
Start your day with a morning safari at Little Rann of Kutch, where you can spot rare wildlife such as the Asiatic wild ass, blackbuck, nilgai, and chinkara. The sanctuary is known for its diverse mammal species. In the evening, enjoy a village safari that takes you to Vadiara and Kharapat Rabari villages, famous for their embroideries, as well as the silk-weavers colony at Dasada and Ambala village, known for its shepherds and goatherds.
Day06: Drive from Dasada to Bhuj via Dhamadka & Ajrakhpur
After breakfast, drive to Bhuj (approximately 280 km / 6 hours). En route, visit Dhamadka to witness block printing by the local tribe. Continue to Dhaneti, known for embroidery by the Ahir tribe, and Bhujodi, a village renowned for its weavers from the Vankar tribe. Later, visit Ajrakhpur and Dhamarka, villages famous for their block printing and craftsmanship.
Day 07: Explore Bhuj and Banni Tribal Village
In the morning, visit the Banni Tribal area, taking the necessary permits from the Bhridyara check post. Explore various villages like Hodka, Ludiya, and Dhordo, where you can interact with different communities such as Jat, Harijan, Meghawal, and Mutva. Witness their unique embroidery styles, including Khambira, Kharek, and Kudi Stiches. Visit HODKA village, followed by Ludiya village, and conclude with a visit to Dhordo, where you can admire the traditional mud houses (Bhungas) adorned with mirror work and exquisite Mutwa embroidery.

Day 09: Drive to Somnath via Gondal & Junagadh
After breakfast, drive south to Somnath (approximately 160 km / 4 hours), with stops in Gondal and Junagadh. In Junagadh, visit the historic Uperkot Fort, built by Chandr Gupta, and explore Ashokan Edicts and Mahabat Maqbara. Continue your drive to Somnath and check-in at your hotel. Visit the famous Somnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and known as one of the Jyotirlingas. Also, explore Bhaluka Tirth and Triveni Ghat.
Day 10: Depart from Somnath to Diu
After breakfast, drive to Diu (approximately 90 km / 2 hours). Check-in at your hotel and then visit Diu Fort and the beautiful beaches. The fort showcases cannons that reflect the historical struggles between different powers. Check-in at your tented accommodation or hotel. Sasan Gir is famous for its Asiatic Lions and is considered one of the most significant protected areas in Asia. Along with the lions, you may also encounter Indian Leopards, Sloth Bears, Indian Cobras, andvarious other wildlife species.
Day 12: Safaris in Sasan Gir Wildlife Sanctuary

After breakfast, bid farewell to the lions and embark on a drive to Bhavnagar (approximately 210 km / 4 hours). Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel. Today, enjoy a visit to the Gandhi Smriti Museum, which houses a modest collection of Gandhi’s memorabilia. Then, visit the Takhteshwar Temple, located on a small hilltop, offering panoramic views of the city and the Gulf of Cambay. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll through the interesting local market.
Day 14: Day Excursion to Palitana from Bhavnagar
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a full-day excursion to Palitana (1 ½ hours each way). Climb the Shetrunjaya Hills, a 3 ½ km ascent with over 3,500 steps from the town. The hill is adorned with more than 800 temples divided into tuks. The prominent temples include the Khartavasi tuk, housing the 16th-century Adinatha temple and the 19th-century Vallabhi temple, and the massive Motisah temple from 1836 AD. Other significant temples can be found in the Vimlavasi tuk, Sakara Premchand Tuk, Ujambi Hemabhai tuk, and more. Marvel at the intricate carvings, beautiful idols, and jeweled statues throughout the cluster. Witness the breathtaking sunrise behind the temples and enjoy panoramic views from the hilltop. Lothal, known as the “Mound of the Dead,” is the most extensively excavated site of the Harappan culture in India.
